All payments are to be completed online through equip-bid with debit/credit only (no cash payments upon pick up). Items must be paid for in full before pick up. Please be sure to read through all terms and conditions thoroughly before bidding.
Payment:All payments will be processed upon the auction's closing.All invoices not paid within 3 days of the auction closing will be returned to inventory and belong to the company.
Bidders are asked to contact Oh So Loved via email to discuss a pick up longer than 10 days. A confirmation email must be sent to complete the agreement. We are happy to work with you to get your items! Many items are available to nationwide shipping, please see shipping details.
Opened Box/Untested/Unknown Condition:Items under this category appear to be in new or in gently used condition. Upon pick up bidders are allowed to inspect and if, upon pick up the item does not work, the buyer may leave the item for a full refund before leaving the pick up location. Items which have left the property are not eligible for a refund, it is the bidders responsibility to inspect upon pick up.
Damaged See Additional Photos: Items under this category have known/seen damage. We photograph and document any damage seen to the best of our ability. We do not test for functionality. Damages could include scratched, dented, broken or known missing pieces. Items listed as damaged are not eligible for a refund. *Please note that stock photos are listed for for display purposes only, they may not represent the exact item for sale. Purchasing should be based on the photos of the actual item as stock photos may vary. *Any Retail pricing listed in our descriptions may vary from department/wholesale/resale sites and stores. Inspection:BY APPOINTMENT ONLY/MUST EMAIL.We do our best to take photos of any damaged items and describe it to the best of our ability. We do not test for functionality. We do not assemble items, therefore would be unaware if there are missing pieces. If you are interested in inspecting an item Oh So Loved must be contacted BY EMAIL AND CONFIRM to schedule an appointment. No after hour appointments are available. If you do not have an appointment you will not be able to inspect the items. However, inspecting an item is not required before purchase or pick up, it is buys choice to inspect. **Please note, that when you inspect the item(s) they will not be available for pickup during the inspection. The item must be purchased, paid for, and picked up during scheduled hours**
Multi-Auction Pickup Days: If you have purchased from multiple auctions throughout the week and would like to pick them up all together on one day you may do so. Items will not be held for longer than 10 days. Items left for more than 10 days will return to inventory with no refund.
Example: You have purchased an item on a Tuesdays auction, however you are also interested in purchasing items on Fridays auction. You are welcome continue bidding all week and wait to pick up both Auctions on Saturday (or anytime within 10 days during our pick up hours). Please let pick up staff know all the items you are picking up.

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsiteis NOTaccepted at this location.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.No appointments necessary for pick-up.Standard pick-up hours are Monday/Friday 11:00 am-2:00 pm, Tuesday/Thursday 4:00-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00 am-2:00 pm.

If you fail to pick up your won items within10 days of the auction's closing, you will forfeit the items and no refunds will be given.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.

Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.Otherwise, no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withOh So Loved, contact us at913-329-3355. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability:Oh So Loved's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations:The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: All items in this auction are available for a $15 flat rate shipping fee. This total includes shipping of your entire invoice regardless of the number of items on the invoice. This fee also includes up to $100 insurance coverage. Items will be shipped in a box (with packing). You will be provided with a tracking number through UPS after the item is shipped.
After paying your invoice through equip-bid upon the auction closing please follow the steps below:
Step One:
Email- Ohsoloveddeals@gmail.com with Shipping as the Subject Line.
Step Two: Let us know if you would like to add additional insurance coverage. A $2 fee per additional $100 increments can be applied. You may also let us know if you need a different shipping method, we can discuss options.
Step Three: Include your Bidder Number and Verify your Shipping Address in the email.
Step Four: We will email you back a confirmation and an invoice with the amount to be paid through Quickbooks.
Step Five: After Payment is Received through Quickbooks (Required Within 7 Days of the Auction Closing) We will ship the item and Email back your tracking number.
-No refunds on Shipped Items
-Contact must be made via Email within 7 days of the auction closing.
-Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction closing or you forfeit your items.
-Shipping is not paid through equip-bid you will receive an invoice through Quick Books to be paid separately
-After the item(s) are shipped, Oh So Loved Auctions is no longer responsible for the items, please contact UPS for any additional shipping questions.
*Some Items are not available for Flat Rate Shipping and this is listed in description of these items. If a bidder has won an item not eligible for flat rate shipping but would still like the item shipped for an additional cost, please call or email to make arrangements.
